Corsair recently released its new Vengeance-branded LED DDR4 memory, which features high clock speeds, ample overclocking headroom, LED lighting, and cherry-picked Samsung ICs. And the first kits are now available for purchase.

The Vengeance LED series DDR4 memory currently comes in white or red. There are dual- and quad-channel kits in capacities of 16, 32 and 64 gigabyte using 8 or 16 gigabyte DIMMs, with speeds ranging from 2,666 MHz all the way up to 3,466 MHz.

The Vengeance LED RAM uses the XMP 2.0 memory tech to hit 4,333 MHz, making it one of the fastest RAM kits currently available. It will be available in configurations ranging from 16 gigabyte (2 x 8 gigabyte) to 64 gigabyte (4 x 16 gigabyte).

The memory features a new brushed aluminum heat spreader that cool the Samsung RAM chips. Corsair places either red or white LEDs on the heat spreaders, depending on the kit, that slowly flash while in use.

Corsair Vengeance LED DDR4 memory kits are now available directly from the company’s website and other Corsair retail partners with 16, 32 and 64-gigabyte kits starting at just $84.99, $169.99 and $384.99, respectively.

For those, who demand absolutely the fastest DIMMs, Corsair will also offer the Dominator Platinum Special Edition modules with new aluminum heatspreaders featuring black brushed aluminum and chrome finishes. The Dominator Platinum SE will be aimed at various Intel processors as well as the X99 and 100-series platforms. This modules will be based on Samsung’s ‘top bin’ DDR4 DRAM chips as well as custom PCBs, but right now Corsair doesn’t reveal any details regarding clock-rates or capacities.
